Return/Exchange Policy

Asher + Main accepts returns/exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise in original purchased condition. Swimwear must have hygiene strip and must be intact, hosiery and socks must be unopened. Customer must contact Asher + Main at AsherAndMain@gmail.com, within 7 days from the date order shipped, to qualify for a return/exchange. Customer will be issued a store credit (Asher + Main E-Gift Card) once item has been received by Asher + Main. If the returned item(s) are not in ‘purchased condition’ the customer will be issued 50% of the purchased price in store credit (Asher + Main E-Gift Card). Instructions for return delivery will be emailed upon receipt of the request to initiate a return/exchange. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs incurred.   

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Asher + Main at AsherAndMain@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and photo of damage/defect must be included in the email. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify as a return on a damaged or defective item(s). Asher + Main is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling or incorrect sizing. The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects. Customer must request in writing that they would like to receive a Refund for the qualified damaged or defective item, otherwise a store credit (Asher + Main E-Gift Card) will be issued. Instructions for return delivery will be emailed upon receipt of the request to initiate return for damage or defect. Asher + Main will only be responsible for return shipping costs incurred on items that were damaged or defective prior to shipment arriving to the customer. Detailed instructions for shipping costs will be emailed and customer must adhere to shipping instructions provided by Asher + Main or the shipping cost will be the customer responsibility. 

All items listed as FINAL SALE will not be eligible for returns/exchanges. 

 

Store Credit Policy

Store credit must be used on next Asher + Main purchase or the credit will be void. The credit must be used within one order transaction. Store credit is valid for up to 180 days after receipt from eligible returns.
